About This Project

This was a great project on the hill in Napier, for a client who wanted to update their exterior cladding and roof line to modernise the look of the house.

Work undertaken:

• New roof line encompassing a covered verandah.
• New Celcrete exterior cladding panels with new plastered finish.
• Additional windows and doors
• New decking with waterproof membrane.
• Full interior redecoration
